Dermal Fillers in Aliso Viejo for Soft, Natural Volume.

Restore the volume that time takes away — without looking overfilled. We use careful, balanced placement to refresh your features while keeping you looking like yourself.

Restored volume, done thoughtfully.

Dermal fillers are smooth gels — most often made from hyaluronic acid, a substance your body already produces — that are placed beneath the skin to restore volume, smooth folds, and gently refine facial contours. The result is a softer, more rested look that still moves and expresses naturally.

At Alladerm, our team carries a full range of options, including the Juvéderm, Restylane, and RHA hyaluronic-acid collections, plus collagen-stimulating biostimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse. That range lets us match the right product to each area rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.

Among hyaluronic-acid fillers, the RHA (Resilient Hyaluronic Acid) collection is the line we reach for most often. RHA is engineered to stretch and recover with your natural facial movement, so it tends to look and feel especially natural in expressive areas like the lips and around the mouth. When a biostimulator is the better fit — for firmer structural support along the jawline, cheeks, or hands — Radiesse is our go-to. These two are our top picks for most patients, but we always choose the product that's right for your anatomy and goals, and we'll walk you through the reasoning.

Our philosophy is the same as everything we do: conservative amounts, careful placement, and a plan built around your features. The goal is always refreshed — never overfilled.

Most hyaluronic fillers are reversible

HA fillers can be dissolved if needed, giving you added peace of mind and flexibility.

Little to no downtime

Most people return to their day right away, with only mild, temporary swelling or bruising.

Hyaluronic-acid fillers

Hyaluronic-acid (HA) fillers add volume right away and can be dissolved if ever needed, which makes them wonderfully adjustable. They're our most common choice for shaping and refining specific areas.

ProductTypeOften used forTypical duration
RHAResilient hyaluronic acidMost areas — especially where the face moves and expresses~12–15 months
JuvédermHyaluronic acidLips, cheeks, and smile lines~12–24 months

Duration is a general range only and varies with the product, the area treated, and your individual metabolism. Your provider will discuss what to expect for you.

Collagen biostimulators

Biostimulators work differently from HA fillers: rather than simply filling, they prompt your own body to build new collagen gradually, for a natural improvement in volume and skin quality over time. Among these, Radiesse is typically our first choice — it adds natural volume right away while also stimulating collagen and elastin in the months that follow.

ProductTypeOften used forTypical duration
RadiesseCalcium-based biostimulator (CaHA)Jawline, cheeks, and hands; immediate plus gradual results~12–18 months
SculptraCollagen biostimulator (PLLA)Gradual, overall volume restoration over a series of sessions~2+ years

Biostimulators build collagen over weeks to months; timelines and the number of sessions vary by product and individual. Your provider will tailor the plan to you.

Who Is a Good Candidate?

  • You'd like to restore lost volume in your cheeks, lips, or midface
  • You want to soften folds and lines that don't respond to wrinkle relaxers
  • You'd like subtle definition along the jawline, chin, or lips
  • You prefer a conservative, natural-looking approach

Before and After Your Visit

A few simple steps help you get the smoothest result with the least chance of bruising and swelling. Your provider will give you guidance tailored to you at your visit.

Before your appointment

  • If your physician approves, pause blood-thinning medications and supplements (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for a few days beforehand.
  • Skip alcohol for about 24 hours before your appointment to reduce the chance of bruising.
  • Arrive with clean skin, and let us know about any recent illness, new medications, or cold sore history.
  • Avoid scheduling filler within two weeks of a major event, in case of temporary swelling or bruising.

After your appointment

  • Expect some swelling, tenderness, or minor bruising for a few days — this is normal and temporary.
  • Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated areas unless your provider instructs you to.
  • Skip strenuous exercise, saunas, and excess heat for about 24 hours.
  • Use a cool compress to ease swelling, and stay hydrated.
  • Final results settle over about two weeks; reach out with any questions along the way.

Pricing

Dermal filler is typically priced per syringe, and the number of syringes depends on the areas treated and the result you're after. During your consultation, we create a personalized treatment plan and review the full cost with you before any treatment.

  • RHA Collection: $675 per syringe
  • Juvéderm Collection: $725+ per syringe
  • Restylane Collection: $725+ per syringe
  • Radiesse: $675 per syringe
  • Sculptra: $850 per vial

Prices are current and subject to change; restrictions may apply. Filler is priced per syringe (Sculptra is priced per vial), and most areas need one or more syringes — the per-syringe price is not the total cost. We'll review the exact number and full cost with you before any treatment.

Dermal Fillers & Biostimulators FAQs

Do dermal fillers hurt?

Most people find them very tolerable. The products themselves often contain a numbing agent, and we use topical numbing and a gentle technique for added comfort. You may feel a brief pinch or some pressure during placement.

Will I look overfilled or unnatural?

No — that's the opposite of our approach. We use conservative amounts and careful, balanced placement to enhance your natural features. Refreshed, not overdone, is always the goal.

How long do dermal fillers last?

It depends on the product and the area treated. Many hyaluronic-acid fillers last roughly 12–18 months, while biostimulators like Sculptra can last two years or more. Your provider will give you a realistic range for your plan.

Why do you often lean toward Radiesse over Sculptra?

Both are excellent collagen-building biostimulators, and Sculptra has real strengths — it's a great option for gradual, widespread volume restoration over a planned series of visits. For many patients, we lean toward Radiesse. It's made from calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA), so it adds natural-looking volume you can see right away (from the gel it's carried in) while also encouraging your body to build new collagen and elastin over the months that follow — a combination of immediate and longer-term improvement that often means fewer sessions to reach the result. Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid) is designed to work more gradually: it adds little lasting volume up front and builds collagen step by step, usually across a series of treatments. The two simply stimulate collagen in different ways, and neither is better in every case — the right choice depends on your goals, the area, and your anatomy, and your provider will recommend what fits you best.

What's the difference between filler and Botox?

Wrinkle relaxers like Botox soften lines caused by muscle movement, such as frown lines and crow's feet. Fillers restore lost volume and smooth static folds. Many patients combine both for a balanced, refreshed result.

When will I see results?

You'll see added volume right away with hyaluronic-acid fillers. Final results settle over about two weeks as any swelling resolves. Biostimulators build gradually over several weeks as your own collagen responds.

Is there downtime?

There's little to no downtime. You may have some swelling, tenderness, or minor bruising for a few days. Most people return to their normal routine right away.

Can dermal fillers be reversed?

Most hyaluronic-acid fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme if you're ever unhappy or need an adjustment, which offers added peace of mind. Biostimulators are not reversible, so your provider will plan those conservatively.

How much filler will I need?

It depends on the areas treated and the result you're after — some people need a single syringe, others a bit more. We'll determine the right plan together during your consultation and review the cost before any treatment.

Who is a good candidate?

Most healthy adults who'd like to restore volume or soften folds are good candidates. Fillers aren't recommended if you're pregnant or nursing, or have certain conditions. A quick consultation confirms what's right for you.

How much do dermal fillers cost in Aliso Viejo?

Starting prices are listed in the pricing section of this page. The total depends on the product used and the number of syringes, which vary based on the areas treated and your goals. We review the exact cost with you before any treatment.
