Before and After Your Visit

Before your appointment
- If your physician approves, pause blood-thinning medications and supplements (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for a few days beforehand.
- Skip alcohol for about 24 hours before your appointment to reduce the chance of bruising.
- Arrive with clean skin, and let us know about any recent illness or new medications.
- Reschedule if you have an active breakout or skin infection in the treatment area.
After your appointment
- Stay upright and avoid lying down for about four hours.
- Avoid rubbing or massaging the treated areas for 24 hours.
